Bulbs at Eden!

With October being the perfect time for planting, members at Eden Project have been busy planting a variety of bulbs, including several species of garlic and onions, ready for others to enjoy next year.

Meanwhile, the first group has started their sessions with Sensory Trust and the Autumn weather was glorious for their very first session!

Group members learnt lots about nature at Tregoniggie Woodland and engaged in some gentle nature-based activities, in addition to tucking in to some tea and biscuits at the base camp.

Lynsey – who is leading the sessions – said that she has some fabulous plans for the next few sessions and the group discussed how lovely it would be to plant some bulbs ready for visitors to enjoy next Spring.

There are still a few spaces to join the final programme, which will be starting from Wednesday the 12th November. These sessions are a little later in the day, starting at 2pm and ending at 4.30pm.

You can learn more about the activities on offer by visiting our page on the Sensory Trust.
