Learning and Improving Together

May has been a busy and exciting month for the GREENGAGE research team. We have been carefully reviewing the questionnaire responses and feedback shared by participants to improve the way the study is conducted.

This includes developing the website so it’s more engaging, making the sign-up process clearer, sharing programme dates with plenty of notice, and making the research team more visible so participants have confidence in who they are speaking to.

Alongside this, we have been working with our Health and Environment Public Engagement group to help guide improvements to the study.

If you’re interested to know more about our public engagement group, visit the link below, which will take you to the HEPE page on our centre website: Public Engagement - European Centre for Environment and Human Health | ECEHH

We have also discussed our key findings and proposed changes with our providers who delivered the programmes. These conversations have helped us reflect on what worked well and ensure that our ideas for improving the study are practical and work for delivery partners.

The information our partners and participants have provided is helping us design a larger future study that will look more closely at how effective nature-based activities are for supporting mental health and wellbeing.

Stay tuned for the full findings!
